Are you looking for more ways to incorporate music into your busy schedule, but aren't sure where to start? Maybe it's time to think outside the box. I know that's what helped me when I was trying to bring music back into my life, even when I felt like I didn't have any time.

Here are three simple ways to incorporate music into your daily routine to improve your mood, boost creativity, and so much more!

1. Create a New Playlist

Music is absolutely a powerful tool for relaxation, inspiration, and motivation. Creating a playlist of songs that inspire you and motivate you to achieve your goals is a great way to start each day. You can create playlists using Spotify, Apple Music, Pandora, YouTube, or any other music streaming service depending on your familiarity, budget, and goals.

2. Play Workout Music

If you’re trying to lose weight, exercise, or just get healthier, listening to music while working out can help you stay motivated. Try some headphones or wireless earbuds if you want to listen to music without disturbing others around you but still need to stay moving. If you prefer speakers, make sure they’re set at a low volume so you don’t disturb anyone else, especially if you're at the gym around strangers.

3. Find Relaxation Music

Some smooth, relaxing music can help you unwind after a long day. You can find tons of genres that fit this purpose, like jazz, classical, R&B, and even some more chill forms of  electronic dance music.

I hope these suggestions help, let us know in the comments!
